Golf Augusta Pro Shops organizes golf leagues that are open to all golfers for the Fall and Winter seasons. Our Fall league runs for 8-weeks, starting in early October and ending before Christmas. Our Winter league runs 10-weeks, starting in early January and ending mid-March. These leagues are made up of 2 person teams and play a 9 hole match play format each week. Golf Augusta Pro Shops maintains a league handicap for each player, and schedules a round robin format where each team plays a different opponent each week. These leagues are run in a "just for the fun of it" manner, with all skill levels welcome to join.

As participation in the leagues continues to grow, we are developing a variety of formats to accommodate various needs, such as a women's only league, a junior's league for players under 16 years old, a couples league, or a senior league for the over 60 golfer. A variety of courses are used for each season, so that there is a mixture of the more difficult famous courses and the easier more fun to play ones. Golf Augusta Pro Shops also sponsors Virtual Golf Holiday Scramble Tournaments. These tournaments are 18 hole two person scrambles and typically are held the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, and Valentines day. They are open to all golfers, and various tees are used to accommodate all skill levels, with better golfers on the longer tees, etc. The fee for playing in the tournament is $35 per player, and half of the entry fee goes into a prize pool and is returned to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.
